Shipping Times

• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-4 weeks.

• If a customer orders a hoodie(s) by itself, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days to ship from our facility. Please keep in mind, though shipping usually takes 7-10 business days, it is subject to change to 1-4 weeks due to high volume in orders. 

• If a customer orders a hoodie(s) and a T-shirt(s) or a T-shirt(s) by itself, shipping can take 1-4 weeks due to high volume in orders.

• Holidays/New releases/Drop Days/Restocks are all subject to potential processing delays due to large quantities of orders. 

• Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to ship. This timeframe is subject to change due to holidays, influx orders, and COVID-19 delays. See "Custom Orders Request" page for more information.

Confirmation Emails

• Once customers have placed their orders, they will receive a confirmation email giving further instructions. We ask that customers carefully review their email and shipping addresses. If the customer has inputted the wrong address, we cannot replace lost packages. Please make sure your address is correct including your apartment and room number. 

COVID-19 Precautions

• We want to reassure our customers that their orders are being handled safely and carefully and we are making sure to follow CDC guidelines. 

Refunds and Returns

• We only process refunds and returns if the customer's order is incorrect.
