Custom Order Request

Don't see your favorite anime character/design you want? AnimeTrapHouse now accepts custom orders for t-shirts and hoodies! Below are the instructions and details for all custom orders.

If you desire a custom product, please email us in as much detailed information as possible so that we may process your order correctly and as efficiently as possible.

Once you have emailed us with your inquiry information, a member of our design team will reach out to you within 48 hours to let you know if we can fulfill your request. Please make sure to consistently check your email as well as your spam and junk folders to ensure you receive our response.

Please bear in mind that because these orders are custom, pricing varies based on design, size and color. The price given on our website is always the base price and will go up from there.

AnimeTrapHouse will provide a list of designs that we offer for custom orders. We will do our absolute best to meet your expectations. We ask that you are patient and understanding as there will be an influx in orders during Season 2 of AnimeTrapHouse.

Please note that the more descriptive you are of the desired design, the better we can accommodate your request. Please make sure to also include the color of the hoodie/t-shirt you would like the design to be on.

Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to ship. This timeframe is subject to change due to holidays, influx of orders, and COVID-19 delays.

Our refund policy for custom orders coincides with our general refund policy. Please refer to our FAQ page to review further details.
